2D Shapes

On Tuesday the 8th of February, room 13 was set the task of defining 2D shapes. We were randomly put into groups and given a shape to work with (e.g. pentagons, hexagons etc).  All the groups worked together on one huge document.  We were either copying and pasting, inserting, drawing or defining the meaning of the chosen shape. All these definitions resulted in one huge document created by the whole class.

  2. That's a very interesting way to learn about shapes and present your work. I like the idea of collaborating on a whole class document like this. Well done!

  3. That's a great way to use technology to work together in a way that is quite tricky when you only have pen and paper. Was it easy to set up? Tina Donnell

  7. @ Tina Donnell - It was really easy especially when you have such a helpful teacher like Mr Wood. I was part of the Heptagon team and i didn't even know about that shape until we did this exercise.
